Refund policy

Returns + Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means your return must be received within 7 days from receiving your order. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@mycooloir.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent with tracking and insurance. Packages sent without tracking will not be eligible for reimbursement. Please provide your tracking number so we can monitor your return.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges on regular-priced merchandise, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested and received within 7 days of delivery or purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Availability must be confirmed prior to sending your return
  • Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damages + Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Final Sale

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes
  • Jewelry, sunglasses, intimates, swimwear, hats, and hair accessories
  • Apothecary, fragrance, and personal care products
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items purchased during trunk shows or special events
  • Orders shipped outside of North America

Please mark your shipment as a “return item.” Cooloir is not responsible for duties or fees incurred on returned packages. Any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment in CAD within approximately 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
