Shipping policy
Shipping + Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via a trusted carrier.
Shipping times vary depending on destination. Most Canadian and continental USA orders arrive within 4–10 business days. International delivery times vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, including unit or apartment numbers where applicable. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, rejected deliveries, returned parcels, or re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates
Orders of $250 CAD or more (before tax) shipped within Canada qualify for free shipping.
All international orders are subject to shipping charges based on destination and package weight.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent via standard tracked shipping.
In-Store Pick Up
Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 10 days of purchase.
If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us at info@mycooloir.com to make arrangements.
Orders not picked up within 30 days and without communication will be considered final sale.
International Orders + Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cooloir does not predict or cover these costs and cannot be held responsible for any duties or fees incurred.
We are required to declare the full value of your order and cannot alter this on customs documents.
If a shipment is refused, you are responsible for all associated costs, including original shipping, return shipping, duties, and any customs fees incurred. These amounts may be deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee may apply.
Delays + Liability
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
Cooloir is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office directly.
